What started as a small side hustle has grown into a passion, a family venture, and a way to connect with people through the beautiful world of fashion.

Where It All Began

My journey began when my oldest daughter headed off to college. Like so many parents, I wanted to find a way to help support my family and the expenses that came with this exciting new chapter.

While working full-time and raising my children, I decided to turn something I had always loved—designer handbags, fashion, and personal style—into a small business.

I never imagined just how much that decision would change my life.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of customers find pieces that complement their personal style. From beautiful handbags and designer clothing to shoes, accessories, and travel bags, each piece has been an opportunity to help someone feel confident, stylish, and uniquely themselves.

What I came to love most wasn't simply finding and selling beautiful things. It was being part of someone's special occasion, everyday outfit, upcoming vacation, or long-awaited designer purchase.

Along the way, I discovered an even deeper appreciation for vintage luxury—the remarkable craftsmanship, distinctive designs, and timeless beauty of pieces that have already lived a story of their own.

I fell in love with finding these treasures and giving them an opportunity to be enjoyed and appreciated all over again.

And from that passion, The Elevated Vault was born.

A Mother & Son Passion

One of the most meaningful parts of this journey has been sharing it with my son, Mason.

While attending the Oklahoma State University Mason came home one Christmas and received a leathercrafting kit as a gift. What began as a simple holiday activity quickly became a hobby he genuinely loved.

He started experimenting with leather, learning new techniques, and creating pieces by hand.

Then came a moment I'll never forget.

I had an old Louis Vuitton handbag that was falling apart and could no longer be used as intended. Rather than seeing something that had reached the end of its life, Mason saw an opportunity to create something entirely new.

He carefully took the bag apart, combined portions of its material with other leather, and surprised me with a handmade holder for my hair straightener.

I was amazed by his creativity, attention to detail, and the care he put into making something special from a bag I thought was beyond saving.

That one little project became the beginning of something much bigger.

As his passion and skills continued to grow, he began receiving requests from others for handcrafted bags, wallets, keychains, and other leather accessories.

Before long, his love for leathercraft naturally became part of The Elevated Vault.

Behind the Scenes at The Vault

Today, Mason plays an important role in helping bring our collection to life.

With an eye for detail and a growing appreciation for designer fashion, he helps clean, condition, and carefully repair vintage and pre-loved pieces when appropriate.

He also helps photograph the handbags and accessories you see throughout our website, taking time to highlight their unique details, beauty, and character.

His contributions have become an invaluable part of the business, allowing me more time to do what I love most—searching for beautiful, distinctive pieces to share with our customers.

Together, we've discovered that some of the most remarkable pieces aren't necessarily brand-new. Sometimes the true treasures are the ones that have been loved before, beautifully designed, and made to be enjoyed for years to come.

We believe every piece has a story, and there's something special about helping that story continue.
